Spaceport
Rocketry Association(NAR Section 342)
formed in 1973 (originally named Orange Rocketeers) to promote rocketry activities in Orange County, Florida. We changed our name in 1991 to reflect our growing membership base in
Central Florida(between 50 and 75 members annually). We support model (A-D
motor) and Large model (E-G motor) rocketry activities.

eleven model rocket launches a year including contests and fun flys

from an established site at Palm Bay in Brevard County, Florida
stages
club "socials" where members gather to assemble rockets and
trade tips and techniques with each other

a 12 pad launch system for model rocketry activities

model rocket demonstrations to promote rocketry and goodwill towards
the general public
